Established in Kayseri in 2004, Cakmak Home Appliances operates as Turkey's largest domestic ladder manufacturer and supplier with its registered Eurostep brand in a modern integrated production facility with 30,000 m² open and 17,000 m² closed area.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This form has been prepared to inform the buyer companies (Dealer/Wholesaler) who want to supply wholesale ladders (Eurotower, Minitower, Anka, etc. series) via the Çakmak Metal website about the basic characteristics of the products, production conditions, shipment, and corporate sales rules.

3. Product Features and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The buyer accepts that they have reviewed the technical specifications of the products. Our products are produced on a B2B wholesale basis, and factory minimum order quantity (MOQ) conditions apply. MOQ limits are notified by the seller during the order stage.

4. Pricing, Production Lead Time, and Delivery

The products displayed on the website are for promotional purposes, and current wholesale price lists are sent privately to companies upon contact. The delivery time of custom production orders is finalized in the order confirmation form. Cargo/freight costs are subject to mutual agreement.

5. Cancellation, Return, and Warranty Conditions

Unlike consumer legislation (since B2B commercial trading is involved), there is no arbitrary right of cancellation or withdrawal for custom wholesale orders that have entered production. Our quality standards are active against factory-originated production defects, and return/exchange procedures are operated for detected defects.

DIGITAL MATERIAL

Dealer Digital Marketing Agreement

1. Parties and Subject of the Agreement

This agreement text regulates the digital material usage rules between Çakmak Ev Gereçleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Manufacturer/Brand Owner) and the Dealer/Wholesaler/Seller companies that buy the Manufacturer's products wholesale and sell them.

2. Scope of Use of Materials

The manufacturer offers the "Eurostep" logo, product images, and videos on its website and E-Catalogs for the use of its dealers. The dealer may use these materials only to support the sale of original products belonging to Çakmak Metal on their e-commerce sites, brochures, and social media accounts.

3. Protection of Brand Image and Intellectual Property

The Eurostep brand and product names are registered trademarks. The dealer cannot remove watermarks on the images without permission or deform the image. Images belonging to our brand absolutely cannot be used in the sale of competing or equivalent ladders not produced by Çakmak Metal.

4. Prohibition of Misleading Statements

In e-commerce sales, the dealer cannot make misleading statements to the end consumer by going beyond the data provided by the Manufacturer regarding the technical features of the product (carrying capacity, etc.).

5. Violation and Sanctions

In case these rules are violated by the Dealer, the Manufacturer reserves the right to request the suspension of the use of materials, suspend product supply, and take legal action for any damages that may arise.
